Arthouse Short Film Showcase: Horror Special

Programme Type: Film|Length: 90 mins| Cert:

Who says horror belongs to just Halloween? The chills don’t stop when the calendar turns —horror is timeless, and its grip on us never loosens.

Join us at the next ArtHouse Short Film Showcase for a selection of incredible shorts from emerging and established filmmakers. The seven short films are:

- BARB WIRE FRUIT, dir. Emily Sommerfeld

- FOUR DEVILS SIT DOWN TO TEA, dir. Madison Coyle and Lucy Bell

- MURMUR, dir. Adryan Gerrits

- GRANDMA IS THIRSTY, dir. Kristian Carr

- POPPER, dir. Bonnie Sanderson

- NOSEPICKER, dir. Ian Matgani

- OUROBOROS, dir. Harry Bayley

Whether you’re a fan of the eerie, the grotesque, or the downright disturbing, this night will promise you gasps, jumpscares but also a lot of fun.

Horror isn’t a season — it’s a feeling.

The total duration of the event will be 100 minutes, including a 15 minute interval. Stick around after the screenings as we'll move to the café where you can enjoy a drink and chat to the filmmakers!
